It's a shame that the driver of this delivery service is 5 minutes in front of the door and still has to make "important" phone calls. Maybe the burgers would have ended up hot on our table ... At 70, - € for 5 people quite a generous price. As a "reparation offer" a voucher for € 2? I don't know now whether I should invest the 2 in shares or buy gold for it ... Sorry.

Having the food delivered is an absolute disappointment. The citizens are cold and the fries are limp, as if they were from the day before. In addition, the order was not correct. However, dining there is fine, but a delivery will not be used again. QUALITY cannot be taken for granted.

With 5/7 orders, the supplements and / or ALL additional requests were ignored despite the billing. These were also the last 5 orders in a row that did not work. It was much better here at the beginning. The service is so clean, even if the burgers taste delicious in themselves, although the delivery time often makes them very mushy. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend BurgerMe in Hildesheim.

I don't know what could be done better. Burgers are the best I've eaten in my life - each one tastes fantastic and you can taste the difference between the burgers too. They really look like the photos! Price and portion size is reasonable and the service fantastic!

Since the quality of Burger me has decreased a lot recently, we decided to never order again. We have been disappointed so often lately and have always given these companies more opportunities than they deserve. Due to quality defects and incomplete deliveries, I can unfortunately no longer give stars.

It would be nice if you would report back to the head office after 2 (!!) complaints, so that you can take your order properly. The finger food box was completely missing - thank you at least that the sauces came with it - and then we had to find out that the burgers were already completely cold. Only with the fries there was something to be done. 2 cold burgers and a couple of fries for 36 €? Oh well. If we had at least still received our food - okay - but you will close in half an hour now, you could not be reached from the headquarters and although we have been promised a response, no response has yet been made. Those who deal with customers in this way need not be surprised if sooner or later they no longer have any.

I'm satisfied again because my concerns were taken seriously and the boss personally emailed me and sent me a voucher. Thanks again. You have won me back as a customer.

Ordered the second time today from them. The first time everything went great! But today the salad was missing for € 3. when calling the headquarters (2 times in total) it turned out that people somehow don't feel like it! Well, we think about whether we should order anything at all!

Called at 4:30 p.m. and actually wanted to have it delivered to my home. But, unfortunately, Achtum is outside the delivery area. It belongs to the city of Hildesheim and is only 4.5 kilometers from the store. I think you should rethink the delivery area. I understand if you don't provide as far as Emmerke as an example, but given the short distance the answer is no? So there was only the collection. After the non-delivery was clarified on the phone, I ordered two burger menus at 5:30 p.m. Unfortunately, parking here is also quite difficult. After I found something I went in and got everything on time. A steakhouse burger with french fries and a Fritz Kola. Now it was time for the burger. The size was okay and the taste was good. French fries tasted like they were from Burger King. Unfortunately, good colorings and preservatives can also be found here. Too bad. Price € 10.99 for the menu. Payment by card is possible. The checkout staff was friendly. There were a few points that could be improved, but it wasn't bad.

The best chicken burgers in town. I feel it to be a little expensive considering the fact that they charge 2 euros for delivery. In my opinion, with the same pricing, they need to remove the delivery charges.
